On Sunday I went to Brugherio to listen to the last concert of this year’s Antiquamodecia season. Baroque music in church; nice I thought the acoustics were good too. Although a longer concert would have been nice because the music was just so beautiful and familiar, the church was very cold so the short programe was fine.
Corelli,Vivaldi,Marcello and Sammartini, a lovely Christmassy concert and a bargain at 5 euros!
I have been living in Italy for a long time and I'm grateful for all the opportunities this beautiful, varied country has offered, especially art and music....oh! and food too. I also work here, doing the most exciting job possible (for a people-person like me) I teach English. New people, new ideas ,new methods to investigate, what more could anyone ask for!

The church was cold but the music has warmed your heart. The same happened to me on Saturday evening listening to a Gospel choir in a church in Monza.
